China Day 3 Opening Ceremony

 The Louve Garden at the Jinjiang Hotel was the venue for the Opening Ceremony of the 2011 Chengdu Sister Cities Week and Banquet of Sister Cities.  The Chengdu Municipal Foreign Affairs Office hosted the banquet for all the delegates of the thirty-six cities attending the conference.  Representatives in attendance were from: Baku, Azerbaijan; Montellier, France; Ljubljian, Slovenia; Haifa, Isreal; Linz, Austria; Kofu, Japan; Knoxville, Tennessee; Phoenix, Arizona; Edmonton, Canada; Winnipeg, Canada; Mechelen, Belgium; Volgograd, Russia; Saint Petersburg, Russia; Palermo, Italy; Gimcheon, S.
